Cancellation & No-Show Policy
We understand that schedules change, and we appreciate you choosing us for your cleaning and junk removal needs. To respect the time of our team and other customers, the following policy is in effect:
Cancellations made within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment will be subject to an $80 cancellation fee.
If our team arrives at the scheduled location and no one is present to provide access, this will be treated as a same-day cancellation and an $80 no-show fee will be charged to the payment method on file.
To avoid this fee, please notify us of any cancellations or rescheduling requests more than 24 hours before your appointment.
We’re happy to reschedule your service at no charge when advance notice is provided. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
